Harrogate Town announce that the third addition of the summer transfer window is Northern Irishman Stephen Dooley. Dooley, who can play central or wide midfield, joins from League Two rivals Rochdale AFC on a two-year deal and will add EFL experience to the squad. The 30-year-old’s career began in 2010 with Northern Irish side Coleraine before moving to America to play for Loyola Greyhounds. A £3.5m investment is planned by Harrogate Town AFC in order to meet the Board’s wider ambition of creating a sustainable and thriving Club, for future generations to enjoy.
