Harrogate Town 0 – 0 Exeter City

In a tight game at a rain lashed EnviroVent Stadium, Harrogate Town survived a late sending off to gain a creditable draw with Exeter City. After an opening ten minutes in which the ball spent most of the time in the air,Exeter’s Ryan Bowman posed the first threat with a left footed drive over Town’s bar. Town retaliated immediately with George Thomson forcing Jonny Maxted to turn his shot from distance for a corner. Exeter settled the quicker and a run down the left by Joel Williams ended with James Belshaw parrying his powerful drive away for a corner. Town

Harrogate Town 0  – 1 Salford City

Once again, Harrogate Town went down to the only goal of the game as James Wilson’s 17th minute strike was enough to take the points home to Salford. Town made just one change in their starting line up, with Ed Francis replacing the suspended Josh Falkingham. No doubt buoyed by their midweek win at Exeter, Town made a determined start and matched the Ammies, blow for blow,in a feisty opening period. But Town’s fate was decided early, when in the 17th minute, Brendan Thomas-Assante’s long diagonal ball reached Wilson on the left, and he shot past James Belshaw into the far

Morecambe 1  – 0 Harrogate Town

In a carbon copy of last week’s match against Forest Green Rovers,Town went down to a 56th minute goal at Morecambe. Town fielded the same team as last Saturday and had the first chance of the game when George Thomson shot wide. The Shrimps soon hit back and Ryan Cooney curled a shot  wide from Aaron Wildig’s pass. The visitors were matching Morecambe in an even first half and Connor Kirby volleyed over from Brendan Kiernan’s centre, while Wildig should have done better for the Shrimps, when he blazed over the bar with only James Belshaw to beat. The half ended with

Harrogate Town have issued a statement clarifying who can attend matches. These restrictions are frustrating for everyone, supporters and players alike. However, there is a bigger picture and we all have our part to play in controlling the spread of this virus –

Harrogate Town 0 – 1 Tranmere Rovers

It was a disappointing night at the EnviroVent Stadium,as Harrogate slipped to a third defeat in four matches, after a 1-0 defeat to Tranmere Rovers. Harrogate Town celebrated their return to the new look, EnviroVent Stadium, with a gutsy win over old rivals, Barrow.
