Two Teesside hospital trusts to form hospital group
TWO NHS trusts in Teesside and North Yorkshire are to strengthen the way they work together by coming together as a hospital group. The move by South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust follows last year’s creation of a joint chair role for both organisations and comes as the two trusts continue to look beyond the pandemic to: Improve the recruitment and retention of specialist doctors and nurses.
