Founded by Lucy Auty, an ex-professional dancer with years of teaching experience, our academy offers a warm and inclusive environment for students of all ages and abilities. At LA Performance Academy, we believe every child has the potential to shine. Whether your child dreams of performing on the West End or simply enjoys dancing, singing, and acting, we provide the perfect space to nurture their talents.

Our Classes

We are thrilled to offer a variety of engaging classes that cater to different ages and skill levels, helping children grow as confident, well-rounded performers.

Musical Theatre – A dynamic blend of singing, acting, and dancing, our Musical Theatre class helps students become confident performers while fostering teamwork and creativity. Through this class, students learn vocal techniques, dramatic expression, and choreography, combining these elements to bring musical theatre numbers to life.

Acro – Acro combines elements of dance and gymnastics to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. This fun and challenging class allows children to develop physical skills while learning acrobatic tricks in a supportive environment.

Tots Class (Ages 2-4) – Our Tots Class is a gentle introduction to dance and movement for young children. Through music, movement games, and creative expression, toddlers develop coordination, balance, and social skills while fostering a love for performing arts from an early age.

Holiday Workshops

Our holiday workshops offer children the chance to immerse themselves in performing arts while exploring their creativity in exciting new ways.

One of our upcoming workshops is a Lilo and Stitch Workshop, where children can perform themed routines based on the beloved Disney classic. Students will participate in dance routines, singing, and acting activities, all inspired by Lilo and Stitch. This workshop offers a fun way for children to experience musical theatre and work together to bring a performance to life.

A Supportive and Nurturing Environment At LA Performance Academy, we are committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Whether they are natural performers or new to the stage, students are encouraged to explore their creativity in a safe, respectful space. We believe in fostering confidence, self-expression, and teamwork.

Lucy brings her experience as a professional dancer and teacher to every class. She is passionate about empowering children to discover their full potential while promoting kindness, respect, and excellence.

Our Vision

As we grow, LA Performance Academy will expand its offerings to include a wider range of classes. We plan to introduce ISTD Ballet, ISTD Tap, ISTD Modern, Lyrical, Street Dance, Singing, and Acting classes. These additions will allow students to explore new areas of the performing arts while building versatile skills.
